You have spent weeks, months or even years looking for your first home. You have had to deal with all that's involved with buying a home, Realtors,Bankers, Home Inspectors, friends and family giving you their opinion. "I cant think of anything more exciting."
You finally find that perfect house. You get the Home Inspection...(I hope)... and everything is fine... or at least your OK with the inspectors findings. After some negotiations ..or not.. it comes...the closing date. Your not quite sure what happens but you know its good. Then it happens... the clouds part...the sun shines and your Realtor hands you the keys to your first home. You rush to your car and drive like the Dukes of Hazard to claim your prize. You pull in the drive way and their it is...by the grace of _________(you fill it in) you are a home owner.
Now what ya gonna do? The lawn needs mowing or the roof needs shoveling, the baby's crying and the moving van just pulled up. You couldn't be happier. And I couldn't be happier for you.

Free listing source

These days not having your listings or your business on-line just isn't an option...it's a requirement. I would venture taking a guess that 85-90% of folks start their home buying process on line. You have to ask your self.... where can I list my property or my services on- line for little or no cost and how do I get folks to see it. Well... Craigslist!! Think about it, Craigslist gets more than 175 million views a month. Where else can you get that kind of exposure? Its takes no time at all to get started and you don't have to be a web master to figure it out.
You list your properties or business and have a link to your website(hopefully you have a website) Presto... not only are you listing your properties for free but your driving folks to your website.
Craigslist has been implementing tools to prevent scams and they work fairly well. You still my get some crazy emails from time to time, just delete them.
I have been advertising on Craigslist for about three months and have been averaging 10 Home Inspections a month from using them, not bad for free.
